“Where Banks Can Use Smart Machines” presentation at the 18th Finance Tech Forum, Sofia

The 18th Finance Tech Forum titled “The New Face of Finances – Digitalization in Focus” took place in Sofia yesterday, where László Papp, managing director of i-Tango, Gartner Hungary and Bulgaria held a presentation based on Garnter research: “Where Banks Can Use Smart Machines”.

After a brief overall about digitalization he pointed out the different forms and characteristics of smart machines along with their benefits and the challenges they face us.

László also talked about Smart Vision Systems, Virtual Customer Assistants, Virtual Personal Assistants, Smart Advisors, Other Natural-Language Processing Technologies and also Smart Campus Infrastructure.
